Obituary for Debra Preston (Cole)

Debra "Debbie" Cole-Preston, 64 passed away May 17th at her sister's home in Hershey, PA.

She was a CNA at Pinebrook Care Center and retired from Monroe Village. She was a member of the Englishtown-Manalapan First Aid Squad and the Ladies Auxiliary.

Debbie is survived by her sister Linda Payne, nephew Nicholas Payne and niece Christina "Chrissy" Payne (husband Chris Lamparter) all of Hershey. Aunt Joan Gantt and niece Megan Payne of Englishtown, NJ. She is also survived by her uncle Robert Cole of Willingsboro,NJ. A step-son Chef Chris Bennett of Long Branch, NJ and step-daughter Ari Tauro of Pt. Pleasant, NJ. She also leaves behind her best friends Evelyn Boyce Stanley and France Billups. A host of great nieces, nephews and cousins.

Debbie was a loving, caring person who loved the holidays and watching cowboy movies. And most importantly she loved her 3 beloved cats Bear, Lily and Sophia.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation in her name to your local animal shelter to help a homeless cat in need.

Arrangements and cremation are being handled by Trefz and Bowser Funeral Home, Inc. 114 West Main Street, Hummelstown, Pa.
