I am saddened to hear of Kenny's passing. Both Mengel brothers were were so nice to the neighborhood children growing up. I grew up on 'Hummelstown Hill'. Kenny and Dale worked the fields, plowing and growing their crops, year after year we'd watch them plant and then harvest the corn and wheat and bale the hay and straw. We loved it. They'd even give us bales now and then to decorate at Thanksgiving time. What nice guys!! Always kind and considerate and would always take the time to stop and talk with us, they were never too busy to chat for a moment. Kenny and Dales parents can be proud in the way they raised them, the children of today could take lessons. Our thoughts and prayers are with your families during this time, we pray for God to wrap his loving arms around you and bring you comfort. Jeff and Lori Hinkle
