Over 45 years ago, both of us met Ron as co-workers at Gannett Fleming. He soon became a friend outside of work and our paths crossed with many social activities. If we recollect correctly, we were present the night that he met Theresa.
He was a good and interesting man with a great personality, always ready to provide a laugh.
Although our paths crossed less in recent years, we have many fond memories of him as both a co-worker and friend. We extend our sincere condolences to Theresa and the rest of his family.

Wilky was a great guy. I worked with him at Gannett Fleming as a young engineer fresh out of college. He was warm, friendly, funny but most importantly willing to help me learn. He was just a wonderful person. Prayers and condolences to his family. Rest easy....

Family of Ron,

My name is Tom Leckrone, and I'm the current manager of the bridge department at Gannett Fleming. I just wanted to express our condolences to your entire family. Ron was an "institution" here in the bridge department. He was one of our lead draftsmen and later CADD technicians. He developed many of the standards we use in laying out our plans that are still in use today. (I just say this to mention what a talented person your spouse, dad, and grandpa was.) But way beyond Ron's talent of a bridge work was the friendship that we had with him. He was a mentor and friend to many of us. I can still recall his laughter and his smile. On behalf of Gannett Fleming, I want you to know that we offer our deepest sympathy and our prayers for your family at this difficult time. I am attaching a photo of Ron in our office in 1995.

Thank you so much for sharing. We would love for you and anyone else that knew my dad to attend his service and celebration of life at Hoss’s afterwards. All are welcome!
